Our maintenance plumber, Adam, recently moved from Sydney, where he worked with one of the City’s top maintenance plumbing companies. The picturesque surrounds of Port Stephens enticed him and his family to make the move 3 hours north and becoming our new maintenance plumber, allows him to continue his passion for plumbing while enjoying the quieter life. Adam is knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing, and together with the Maintenance Administration Assistant, Bec, they are a force to be reckoned with.
Bec has had many year’s experience in business and administration, bringing her strong work ethic and efficient processes to the business. When you call our maintenance department, Bec is able to assist in diagnosing the problem, then books in a time that is suitable for both the customer and plumber ensuring that the lines of communication are always open.
