Growing from a small business to a company, Shaw Plumbing have organically developed policies, procedures and streamline processes allowing the employees to work to their highest potential without sacrificing workmanship.
Routine training, product updates and regular WHS meetings guarantee we are consistently keeping up with changes, while ensuring the safety of all staff members
Over the past 5 years, we have grown to employ more than 15 staff members including qualified tradesman, site coordinators, apprentices, administration staff and storemen, allowing the business to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all critical timelines and milestones are completed
